Over the last 30 years, Alan has represented many individuals, companies, banks and trust companies in commercial disputes. These have included shareholders disputes, corporate oppression, derivative actions, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, and debt realization.

Presently, Farber & Company is representing a group of former tenants at Vancouver International Village suing the landlord for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
