In her previous roles as a Client Service Representative and Finance Manager, Malak gained hands-on experience in credit assessments, budgeting, and building trust with clients. She uses this experience to create practical, judgment-free plans that help people move forward with peace of mind.
Malak completed a Public Relations program at Algonquin College / University of Ottawa in 2021, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. These abilities are essential in her role at Farber, allowing her to explain financial solutions clearly and build trust with clients during sensitive conversations.
She also holds an OMVIC Certification, which provided her with valuable insight into credit, financing, and ethical client service. This experience helps her support individuals managing vehicle-related debt and contributes to her well-rounded, practical approach to debt solutions.
