With over 30 years experience, Farber & Folk offers the skill and personal service to resolve your legal dispute efficiently. Farber & Folk's principals are Alan E. Farber and Felicia S. Folk. 

Alan E. Farber is one of Vancouver's most experienced trial lawyers, and has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Alan practised as a litigator in Toronto before becoming a member of the British Columbia bar in 1976. He continues to represent clients from Ontario and British Columbia in complex litigation matters. 

Felicia S. Folk practices both in estate law and as an arbitrator and mediator. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, she was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada before being called in British Columbia. She practiced in Vancouver as a civil litigator for many years, before becoming the Practice Advisor at the Law Society of B.C. As Practice Advisor, she provided practice and ethics advice to BC lawyers. She assisted lawyers in identifying appropriate professional conduct and in resolving professional conflicts. She has spoken at local, national and international conferences about practice and ethics issues, and is the author of numerous articles on professional conduct.
